Synopsis
Young Alexander DeLarge and his friends get their pleasures in a near-future Britain by beating and raping anybody they choose. Alex swoons to Beethoven’s music when he isn’t wrecking other people’s lives. In order to combat youthful criminality, the state offers a jailed Alex the choice of undergoing an intrusive treatment that would deprive him of all personal agency. Can Alex alter his tune in an age where conscience is a commodity?
