Synopsis
When a vehicle bomb explodes on the American side of the US/Mexico border, Mexican drug enforcement agent Miguel Vargas and American police captain Hank Quinlan begin their investigation. When Vargas suspects Quinlan and his shady accomplice, Menzies, are planting evidence to frame an innocent man, his inquiries into their suspected corruption rapidly jeopardize himself and his new bride, Susie.
